As a basic guideline, all sales made on ClearExam.ac.in are irrevocable, and after your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to cancel it. If we are unable to deliver the order in a satisfactory manner, ClearExam.ac.in holds the sole authority to cancel the order at our discretion.

Refunds happen only in following conditions:

1. Student is not able to take classes anymore because of some medical emergency.

2. Transfer of parents to other state in case of government job (applicable only in case of offline classes)

2. ClearExam decides to discontinue the respective course and services because of some unforseen event.

Student has to inform through mail along with all necessary documents like fees receipts, ID card and medical/transfer documents.

Refunds can be processed only during first 7 days of coaching. After completion of first 7 days no refunds and cancellations will be done.
