Both the papers will have 150 questions asked for a total of 150 marks and the allotted time duration for each paper will be 150 mins (2.5 hrs). There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
How long will I be given to fill out the online CTET form?
The online CTET application form will be released three months before the exam and will be available to applicants for one month. Candidates need to make a note of all the important dates related to the examination and make sure that they complete all the relevant processes before the specified last date.

What is the CTET exam?
CTET ( Central Teacher Eligibility Test ) is conducted to recruit candidates for teaching profiles all across the country by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), India. The government of India introduced the CTET Exam to improve or bring new standards in teaching. The exam is based on the National Curriculum Framework. Only graduates can apply for this exam.
How many times does the CTET exam is conducted in a year?
The exam is conducted 2 times a year. It is conducted in July and December. There is no limit on the number of attempts for this exam. Candidates can appear for the CTET exam as many times as they want. Moreover, no age limit means candidates can take the test at any age.
I have already cleared my CTET exam. Can I apply again for the exam?
Yes, you can apply. There is no maximum or minimum limit to appear for the exam. Both qualified or non-qualified candidates can appear for the exam every year without any restrictions. All the eligible candidates can apply for the exam.
